FAQ

No. All elements can be implemented independently of each other. You choose which ones are interesting within your training facility. All elements are of course attuned to each other, so that different combinations are possible.
No. The SSMC can be mounted on almost all strength equipment with weight stacks and is also compatible with Nautilus One machnes. Implementing the SSMC therefore requires only a minor investment.
SFG offers flexible formulas where you choose whether you purchase the hardware or want to use a rental formula for a period that we agree on.
Of course everything depends on what you want to implement and how you want to present things.
Theoretically, we can have everything operational within a week.
In some aspects it is necessary for one or more employees to be certified (after following a training course). But SportMed also offers outsourcing options whereby we can temporarily - while the trainers are getting certified - work behind the scenes and ensure that members can use all services immediately.
This of course partly depends on which elements you want to implement and how you want to integrate everything into your existing package. We'll look into this together.

It started 30 years ago with cardio training
More than 30 years ago, the SportMed Institute (Vienna, Austria) launched its unique method for cardio training, a milestone in the history of guidance of starting athletes and hobby athletes. Through many enthusiastic trainers in fitness clubs, but also other training locations, this method found its entrance to the general public and now more than 300,000 people have already passed the famous SportMed IAND-test. With the rising social attention to health and exercise, the method is more topical than ever.
